Tal.K Solutions Australia Pty Ltd has commenced its reconciliation journey through the establishment of our working group as an initial step to govern the facilitation of requirements with our SQE Manager Joe Forjanic acting as our working group Chair and internal RAP Champion and our General Manager Sue Arcidiacono as our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representative as a descendant of the Narungga people. Our goal is to develop a culturally brave work environment through the 5 dimensions of reconciliation, being race relations, equality and equity, institutional integrity, unity, and historical acceptance, providing genuine opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and businesses to work together with our organisation reducing discrimination and systemic barriers while finding solutions together. Reconciliation is about action and responsibility, strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people, for the benefit of all Australians.
