Director 

Dennis is known around the region for being a highly respected and reliable operator producing high quality works. Dennis initially started out as a cleaning supervisor then moved on to an area manager role working for one of Canberra’s larger commercial cleaning outfits prior to beginning his building career. Dennis is now responsible for the management and direction of Antalija Building Group and its investment portfolio with a diverse management background, having worked on a large variety of projects including multi-million-dollar developments. Dennis founded Antalija Building Group with the aim of providing Canberra and the surrounding region with residential products that meet the demands of the market, are of a high quality and at a price that is affordable while providing strategic direction for the company with a core focus on expansion. Dennis will play a similar role within the Tal.K Solutions Australia management structure providing strategic advice and guidance to the team as necessary, his experience with high value, large scale projects being his greatest asset. 

General Manager

Having spent over 30 years within director and managerial roles in the commercial cleaning industry Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Sue was co-owner of Universal Cleaning Supplies for over 20 years and director/manager of one of Canberra’s largest locally owned cleaning companies for decades. Sue specialises in “on the floor” service delivery, periodical services, contract management, client liaison, and quotations and has a long history of success in management of commercial cleaning services at some of Canberra’s most iconic sites including:

Safety, Quality, Environment Manager 

A commercial cleaning company director for 10 years, certified with the Secure Local Jobs Code, Joe has spent the last 3 working in Government, initially as an assistant director for the Education Directorate then director for a period of 18 months while overseeing and leading the Operations Team of 12 for the insourcing of school cleaning across Canberra’s 89 school sites, handling the implementation of the safety management system including development and roll-out of associated training requirements for the 480 personnel across the project then moving to Melbourne to improve on knowledge and skills taking a new role within the Department of Transport as Manager for Operational Safety, carrying out safety assurance for the Victorian bus network consisting of a 4,000 strong fleet and 27,000 bus stops throughout Metro and Regional Victoria prior to returning to Canberra, his skills include:
